为了发挥不同材质的优异性能 ,提高使用寿命 ,破碎机锤头采用碳钢与高铬铸铁复合铸造 ;衬板使用低合金钢镶嵌Q2 3 5A ,便于淬火后加工螺纹孔。介绍生产中出现气孔、裂纹。
In order to combine excellent performances of difference materials, and raise the serving life, the head of crusher hammer was made with carbon steel and high chromium casting iron materials, the linear board was made of low alloy steel Q235A, which was suitable for manufacture of thread milling hole after quenching. The reasons and countermeasures of defects such as blowhole, crack, cooling cell, rotation of in cast block are put forward.
