摘要
目前的双金属复合工艺主要是镶铸、包覆铸造以及焊接。分散镶铸和加压镶铸可以获得冶金结合的界面并起到节约材料、显著提高寿命的作用,代表了复合锤头的发展方向。相应地,复合准则的研究、材质相容性和界面结合状态的研究将成为今后的研究重点。
The existing bimetal composite processes mainly are of cast-in casting, cast cladding and welding. The dispersion cast-in process and pressure cast-in process can create the interface of metallurgical combination and save materials as well as increase the hammer life span evidently, which represents the development direction of composite hammers. Correspondingly, the composite standard, the material compatibility and the interface bonding state will become the research emphases in the future.
