义务教育均衡问题的理性沉思

摘要 义务教育均衡本真意蕴的逻辑诠释,是义务教育均衡化的路径选择的理论基础。义务教育均衡是新一轮义务教育运动唯一合法和合理的表述。义务教育均衡运动的合理性可以从中国义务教育发展的历史、教育伦理学、新义务教育法三个层面找到依据。教育经费投入体制、教育硬件资源配置、教师资源配置和教育评价四个层面的改革与创新是义务教育均衡化值得探索的路径选择。 Logical and authentic interpretation of compulsory education is the theoretical basis of path selection for its balanced development. The compulsory education equalization is the only legitimate and reasonable presentation of a new round compulsory education movement,whose rationality can be interpreted from three respects,the development history of China 's compulsory education,educational ethics and the newly revised Law on Compulsory Education. To achieve the balanced development of compulsory education,it can start from the reform and innovation of the following four aspects: namely the system of educational funding,the allocation of educational facility resources,the distribution of teacher resources and the education evaluation as well.
