摘要
文章通过对有关行长及高级管理人员、中层管理人员和基层业务人员的胜任力特征文献的梳理,发现基于此层级下的胜任力模型已基本成熟,并基于现在的胜任力发展趋势对未来银行业胜任力的发展方向,提出了新的看法。
the article through to the President and senior management,middle management and business personnel at the grass-roots level of competency features of literature,found that based on the level of competency model has been basically mature,and I puts forward new views for development direction of banking industry competence according to the current competency development trend in the future.
