摘要
高职公共关系与商务礼仪课程探析以工作过程与教学过程相对接的教学方式来体现教育的职业性,以公关人员岗位工作过程为导向,采用项目化教学方式,能使学生体验未来职业工作岗位所要求的知识结构、技能结构、情感态度结构等,逐步实现从学习者到工作者的角色转换。
The analysis of the course of public relations and business etiquette in higher vocational education reflects the professionalism of education through the teaching method of connecting working process with teaching process,guided by the working process of public relations personnel and adopting the project-based teaching method,it enables students to experience the structure of knowledge,skills,emotions and attitudes required by future vocational jobs,and gradually realize the role transformation from learners to workers.
