摘要
苏霍姆林斯基对后进生的关注是理智的"师道"和"人道"之爱,它建立在对学生的思维发展认知、个体发展的深刻认识与教师同理心的基础上。要让每个学生做自己喜欢的事,帮助他们喜欢阅读。教师要善于去赏识后进生。其"后进生"教育观,对于我国当前中小学素质教育,仍有重要的借鉴价值。
Suhomlinski’s concern for the underachievers is the rational love of 'teacher’s Tao' and 'humanity', which is based on a profound understanding of the development of students’ thinking, individual development and teachers’ empathy. Let each student do what they like and help them enjoy reading. Teachers should be good at appreciating underachievers. The concept of 'backward students' education still has important reference value for the quality education of primary and secondary schools in our country.
