摘要
知识经济时代,知识产权作为企业提高核心竞争力的战略资源得到愈加的重视,知识产权的战略性规划和综合性管理已经成为企业管理的重要内容。目前我国企业知识产权管理存在着企业对知识产权的内涵理解不全面、管理不到位,知识产权意识薄弱、人才缺乏,自主创新能力弱和知识产权产出少等问题。企业知识产权管理规范的提升需要企业进行成本重心转移和管理内容多元化发展,有利于促进企业技术创新和改善企业市场竞争地位,对企业核心竞争力的提升和可持续发展具有重要意义。
Intellectual property rights as the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve strategic resources are more and more attention in knowledge economy era, strategic planning and comprehensive management of intellectual property rights has become the important content of enterprise management. Exist at present our country enterprise intellectual property management enterprises understand the connotation of the intellectual property rights are not comprehensive, management does not reach the designated position, the intellectual property rights consciousness is weak, lack of talent, the independent innovation ability is weak and output less problems such as intellectual property. Enterprise intellectual property management specification of ascension requires the enterprises to carry out cost shift and diversified management development, promote enterprise technology innovation and improve the enterprise market competition status, the promotion enterprise’s core competitiveness and sustainable development is of great significance.
