摘要
企业知识产权管理是企业知识管理的重要组成部分。本文以知识分类理论、知识转化理论、知识生命周期理论等知识管理基础理论为指导,以成熟的知识管理技术和方法为支撑,探讨了企业知识产权的战略管理、制度管理、研发管理、运营管理和教育培训管理,构建了以知识管理为核心的企业知识产权管理体系。
The intellectual property management is a important; part of enterpriseknowledge management.on the Guiding of the basic theory of knowledge managementsuch as knowledge classification,knowledge conversion and Knowledge Life Cycle,andusing the mature knowledge management technology and method, the paper studys thestrategy management,institution management, research and development management.Operation management and educaiton management of enterprise intellectualproperty,and then constructs the enterprise intellectual property managementsystem, based on knowledge management.
