摘要
为实现高校思想政治教育最大功效,学生思想政治工作的创新与发展一直都备受关注。因职业教育自身特点,高职院校思想政治工作面临更大挑战。赋权是西方社会工作重要理论,主张赋权于人,挖掘个人潜力解决问题从而促进个人发展。将赋权思想运用在高职院校思想政治教育中有助于消除高职生的无权感、提高学生的自信心,促进学生全面发展,给予学生所需的"人文关怀",是全面实现"以德育人"有效途径。
In order to realize the maximum effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the innovation and development of students’ ideological and political work have been paid close attention to. Because of the characteristics of vocational education, the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges is facing more challenges. Empowerment is an important theory of social work in the West. Applying the idea of empowerment to ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges can help to eliminate the sense of powerlessness of the students, improve their self-confidence, promote their all-round development, and give them the 'humanistic care' they need. It is an effective way to fully realize 'educating people by virtue'.
