摘要
在混合所有制的创业型大学中对于原始创办人的地位有待确定,尤其是涉及利用国有资产和集体资产发展起来的民办学校,对于作出巨大贡献的原始投资人应该确立其法律地位,明确原始创办人的责权利。本文以齐齐哈尔工程学院为例,说明明确原始创办人法律地位的重要性和必要性,发挥原始创办人的办学积极性,消除后顾之忧,促进民办学校健康有序的发展。
The status of the original founder in the mixed ownership university needs to be determined, in particular to privately-run schools using state-owned assets and collective assets, and the original investors who makes great contributions should establish their legal status and make clear the responsibilities of the original founders. Taking Qiqihar Institute of Engineering as an example, this paper illustrates the importance and necessity of clarifying the legal status of the original founder, giving full play to the enthusiasm of the original founder, and eliminating worries.
