农村小学教师职业生涯发展中的高原现象及其影响研究

摘要 本研究以农村小学教师职业生涯发展为背景,选择代表性的9位农村小学女教师进行访谈,旨在了解农村小学教师职业生涯中高原现象的表现、影响因素,并针对研究结果提出一些教育建议。研究结果表明,作为有着丰富经验的农村小学教师,其内心存在着比其他教师更为强烈的无奈和矛盾,高原现象的表现据有独特的特点;农村小学教师所处环境的特点及自身的一些生理心理特点都是导致高原现象的重要原因。 In the context of rural primary school teachers occupation career development, 9 rural primary school female teachers as representative in the interview, hope to understand the performance, influence factors of the rural primary school teachers occupation career plateau phenomenon, and according to the research results put forward some educational suggestions. The results show that, as the rich experience of rural primary school teachers, they have more intense frustration and conflicts than other teachers, plateau phenomenon has unique characteristics; environment characteristics and their own characteristics are important causes of plateau phenomenon.
