摘要
在"十三五"开局之年,培养大学生的实践与创新能力是当前高等学校人才培养的首要任务,具备持续创新能力的高素质创新人才是建设创新型国家的必要条件。本文在创新创业教育中引入职业生涯规划理念,将创新创业教育与职业生涯规划有机融合,主要探讨了大学生职业生涯规划的重要意义,大学生创新能力培养的重要性和职业生涯规划视域下大学生创新能力培养途径等三个方面。
In the first year of the '13th Five-Year',training practice and innovation ability of college students is the primary task of personnel training in colleges and universities,innovative talents with continuous innovation ability is a necessary condition for the construction of an innovative country.This paper introduces the concept of occupation career planning in innovation and entrepreneurship education,the innovation and entrepreneurship education and occupation career planning of organic integration,mainly discusses the significance of college student occupation career planning,three aspects of the cultivation of students' innovative ability and the importance of occupation career planning from the perspective of students' innovation ability training methods.
