分层次创新能力培养模式实践——以浙江经济职业技术学院为例

摘要 创新能力的培养是高等职业学院实施素质教育的灵魂,通过构建竞赛培养项目、订单式培养项目、示范生培养项目、实践创新能力培养项目四个不同层次创新能力培养项目,既能激发学生的学习兴趣,又能具有起点低、层次多、全面提高的特点,起到拔尖、促中、补差的作用,突出培养学生的创新精神、创新能力和实践能力,促进学生均衡和谐发展。 The training of the innovation ability is the soul of the education for all-around development in higher vocational colleges. We are building four different levels of innovation capacity-building: the competition training project, order-type training project, demonstration student training project and practical innovation capacity-building project. It stimulates the students" interest in learning and has the characteristics of a low starting point,many levels, comprehensively improvement. It plays a role of a top-notch, presses and makeup, and trains prominently students" innovative spirit and practical ability.
