《特殊教育提升计划》实施背景下,南京特殊教育师范学院培训中心在承担"国培计划特校校长能力提升培训项目"的任务中,紧扣制定学校发展规划这一国培校长班培训主题,通过影子培训为主导的体验式培训方式,加强地域性优秀培训资源的优化整合,在新形势背景下,为如何开张特殊教育学校校长培训进行了实践探索。
