教师教育一体化课程体系的构建简析

摘要 教师的教育体系一体化,指的是教师在接受教育的过程中,从教师入职前在校园内所接受的教育和入职时在所任职学校所接受的所有培训内容。自20世纪90年代以来,随着我国教育理念的不断更新与发展,教师职业所受关注度不断的提高。一般来说,教师的任教水平分为入职前,入职时以及入职后三个阶段,这三个阶段教师所受到教育水平的高低,对我国整体教育水平的发展起到了决定性的作用。近些年,我国开展了大量教师一体化改革的工作,在取得相应成绩的同时,也出现了很多问题。 The integration of teachers’education system refers to all the contents of the education they receive on campus before they enter the school and the training they receive at their school when they enter the school.Since the 1990 s,with the continuous renewal and development of China’s educational concept,the attention paid to teachers’profession has been constantly increasing.Generally speaking,teachers’teaching level can be divided into three stages:pre-employment,postemployment and post-employment.The level of education received by teachers in these three stages plays a decisive role in the development of the overall level of education in China.In recent years,our country has carried out a large number of teachers’integration reform work,while achieving corresponding results,there are also many problems.
