摘要
职业教育目标作为职业教育的根本性问题和职业教育实践的出发点与落脚点成为社会各界重点关注的议题。通过梳理与归纳认为,我国改革开放40年来职业教育目标的设定主要经历了由培养"技术人员、管理人员、技术工人"到"实用型人才""应用型人才""技能型人才"再到"技术技能型人才"的转变。与此同时,职业教育目标的设置、理念、价值选择、内容构建、人才培养等也因时代的发展而发生重大转向。主张定位职业教育目标,应正确把握和坚持其传统性与时代性、国际化与本土化、社会性与个体性、普遍性与特殊性的和谐统一,从而为我国职业教育发展提供科学的方向指导。
With the advancement of economic construction and the improvement of the national education system,the development and promotion of vocational education have become a topic of social concern. The goal of vocational education,as the fundamental problem of vocational education and the starting point and foothold of vocational education practice,also attracts attention. In the 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s vocational education goals have mainly experienced the transformation from training 'technician,staff member,skilled worker' to 'practical talent', 'applied talent', 'skilled talent' and then to 'technical skill talent'. At the same time,the setting,idea,value choice,content construction and personnel training of vocational education goals have also undergone major changes due to the development of the times. The orientation of vocational education goals should correctly grasp and adhere to the harmony and unity of tradition and times,internationalization and localization,sociality and individuality,universality and particularity, so as to provide scientific direction guidance for China’s education development and national construction.
