蒙英双语学生英语拼写错误的语音分析

摘要 通过自建小型语料库,并进行人工标注,运用Ant Concord检索软件和SPSS统计软件,对语料库中的单词拼写错误并结合单词发音进行分析,研究发现,这些学生的拼写错误主要发生在元音和重读音节上。在此研究结果的基础上,本文对语音教学提出了相应的建议,如培养学生的语音功能意识、加强音节概念、教授常见字母与字母组合发音规律、对比母语发音与英语发音系统等。 By setting up a Corpus of Mongolian-English Bilinguals and annotating it by hand,and with the help of Ant Concord and SPSS,spelling errors in the corpus were analyzed from the aspect of pronunciation, and it is found that most spelling errors of these students happen on vowels and stressed syllables. The founding of this research are different from that of He An- ping's research—most spelling errors of students from Guangdong province happen on consonants and unstressed syllables, however, no matter how different the findings are both researches prove the important influence of phonetic knowledge on spelling. Based on the findings this paper put forward suggestions on phonetic teaching,such as to increase students' awareness of the functions of phonetics,strengthen the concept of syllable,teach students the general principles of some letters and letter groups,compare the phonetic systems of mother language and English language,and so on.
