摘要 阿勒泰地区职业技术学校在汽车运用与维修专业建设改革过程中着眼于校企双元主体深度合作的探索实践,构建了"双元主体、现代学徒制"的人才培养模式,实现了"招生即招工",既解决了企业维修人员短缺的问题,也有利于学生岗位技能和职业道德的培养,实现了校企双赢。 During the specialty construction and reform of auto maintenance major,Altai vocational & Technical School has been focusing on the practice and exploration of in-depth integration between school and enterprise.According to the survey of auto maintenance major, We constructed the'double- subject,modern apprenticeship' talents training mode to bring about the integration of recruitment and admissions.The'Double-subject,Modern Apprenticeship'Talents Training Mode not only reduced the shortage of workers,but also promoted the training of students' job skills and professional ethics. It achieved a win- win situation between school and enterprises.
