摘要
随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,多模态设计已被广泛运用到高校英语课堂教学中。为检验多模态设计是否能有效提升学生的商务英语写作能力,选取了实验班与对照班并展开商务英语写作多模态教学实验,采用问卷调查和写作能力测试等方法进行实证研究,结果表明多模态设计有利于改善教学效果,提高学生的写作能力。
The paper concerns an empirical study by means of questionnaire survey and writing tests on the effects of multimodal design upon learners’ writing performance in business English in which one class was selected as the subject and the other as the control class. The result shows that multimodal design,which has already been widely applied to English classroom teaching in universities as the development of modern information technology,is able to improve both teaching effectiveness and learners’ writing.
