摘要
地方性高校作为一个地区的人才聚集地,承担着培养人才与服务社会的责任。实践表明地方性高校为地区经济的发展做出重要贡献,然而由于种种原因,地方性高校人才流失呈上升趋势,这无疑对地方经济及社会发展造成重大损失。本文试从六个方面分析地方性高校人才流失的原因,并提出相关对策。
Local universities are proved to have made great contributions to local economic development owing to their important functions in talent training and social service. However,brain drain has shown a tendency of rising for these universities,which will undoubtedly damage local economic and social development. The paper made an analysis over the causes of the phenomenon from 6 aspects and proposed relevant tentative countermeasures.
