摘要
目的:建立上海市医学生的MBTI结果常模,为今后不同地域、专业大学生群体个性类型比较提供依据。方法:应用MBTI-M中文版,测量了上海市4所医学院校4054名学生的个性类型总体,并比较了不同群体的分布情况。结果:①在内向-外向维度,上海市医学生总体属于外向的占40.7%,内向占59.3%,不同院校层次、类型的比较有统计学差异(χ~2=23.392,13.609;P<0.01);②在感觉-直觉维度,上海市医学生总体属于感觉型占55.4%;直觉44.6%,仅有不同专业之间有统计学差异(χ~2=19.652,P<0.01);③在思考-情感维度,上海市医学生总体属于思考型的占52.4%;情感型47.6%,不同院校层次、院校类型、性别医学生的比例有统计学差异(χ~2=46.961,29.866,7.308;P<0.01);④在判断-感知维度,上海市医学生总体学生属于判断型占65.5%;感知型34.5%,不同院校层次、院校类型之间有统计学差异(χ~2=22.400,21.242;P<0.01)。⑤在16种个性类型指标中,上海市医学生总体百分比最高的3种类型是ISTJ(15.2%)、ESTJ(13.3%)、INFP(10.3%),不同院校层次、院校类型、性别、专业、是否军校的医学生的比较均有统计学差异(χ~2=132.742,78.516,48.064,144.018,105.891;P <0.01)。结论:上海市医学生MBTI常模为:4个维度的偏好是内向(59.3%)-感觉(55.4%)-思考(52.4%)-判断(65.5%);个性类型以ISTJ(15.2%)、ESTJ(13.3%)、INFP(10.3%)、INTJ(8.3%)为主。个性类型的4个维度主要受到院校层次和类别因素的影响,而几乎不受年级因素的影响。
Objective:To build Myers-Briggs Type Indicator results'norm of medical students in Shanghai and putpreference for comparing personality types among students in different regions and specialties in future.Methods:Using Chinese version of MBTI-M,we surveyed the medical students of 4colleges in Shanghai and compared theirpersonality types between different groups.Results:①In E-I dismension of MBTI,the percenage of E on the wholemedical students in Shanghai was 40.7%,whereas that of I was 59.3%,which was statistically significant in differentcollege levels and sorts(χ2=23.392,13.609;P<0.01).②In S-N dismension of MBTI,the percenage of S on thewhole was 55.4%,whereas that of N was 44.6%,which was statistically significant in different specialities(χ2=19.652,P<0.01).③In T-F dismension of MBTI,the percenage of T on the whole was 52.4%,whereas that of Fwas 47.6%,which was statistically significant in different college levels,sorts and genders(χ2=46.961,29.866,7.308;P<0.01),④In J-P dismension of MBTI,the percenage of J on the whole was 65.5%,whereas that of P was34.5%,which was statistically significant in different college levels and sorts(χ2=22.400,21.242;P<0.01),⑤In 16Personality Types,the highest percentages in personality type distribution in all medical students in Shanghai wereISTJ(15.2%),ESTJ(13.3%)and INFP(10.3%),which was statistically significant in different college levels,collegesorts,genders,specialities and grades(χ2=132.742,78.516,48.064,144.018,105.891;P <0.01).Conclusion:Thepreference of medical students in Shanghai in 4dismensions of MBTI is I(59.3%)-S(55.4%)-T(52.4%)-J(65.5%),and the main personality types are ISTJ(15.2%),ESTJ(13.3%),INFP(10.3%),INTJ(8.3%),The 4dismensions of MBTI are largely influenced by the factors of college levels and college sorts,not by the grade factor.
