摘要
传统榫卯结构被称之为中国古典家具的灵魂,其千变万化的造型结构象征着中国传统文化与技术的高度统一。本文主要撷取作为榫卯结构之一的粽角榫,分析其结构特征并归纳出粽角榫在造型、工艺及生产等方面的优劣,结合当下榫卯结构家具的市场现状,考虑新材料及新结构并运用模块化设计对传统粽角榫结构进行改良与优化,提出一种基于传统粽角榫改良的实木家具支撑节点的新型榫卯连接结构。汲取传统木作构架之精华,延续中华榫卯结构之匠心。
The traditional mortise and tenon joint structure is called the soul of Chinese classical furniture,and its ever-changing structure symbolizes the high unity of Chinese traditional culture and technology.In this paper,Zongjiao tenon,as one of tenon structure,is analyzed on its the structural characteristics and the pros and cons of the Zongjiao tenon in terms of modelling,craftsmanship and production are summed up.Combined with the current market situation of tenon structural furniture,new materials and new structures are considered and modular design are used to improve and optimize traditional Zongjiao tenon structures.As a result,a new type of mortise and tenon joint structure based on the traditional Zongjiao tenon furniture is proposed,which absorbs the essence of the traditional wooden components,and spreads the originality of the Chinese mortise and tenon joint structure.
