摘要
支撑是铰接框架的重要组成部分,其与板式节点所组成支撑系统的抗震性能直接影响了整个框架支撑体系在地震作用下的反应。根据支撑截面宽厚比、支撑端部净距等参数,设计了5个装配式板式连接对角支撑的单层单跨铰接框架支撑结构的试验试件,通过伪静力试验,对其抗震性能进行了研究。结果表明:支撑深入节点板满足2t净距要求(t为板厚),且在一定范围内支撑宽厚比越小,试件的抗震性能越好;节点板上的支撑端部净距为负值时,支撑系统的耗能能力劣化,但仍可使装配式支撑节点具有高于支撑自身的低周疲劳寿命。由于支撑节点板的存在,将在相连的梁柱中产生附加弯矩,基于试验结果,给出了附加弯矩的取值建议。
Bracing connection system is an essential part of hinged steel frame, whose seismic behavior affects the integral responses of the frame under earthquake action. Five prefabricated one-story, one-bay diagonally braced frame specimens with gusset plate connections was designed, and their seismic behavior was studied through pseudo-static test. The influence parameters considered here include the gusset and brace geometry. The research reasults showed that when the brace end clearance on the gusset plate was less than 2t(t is the plate thickness), the smaller the width-thickness ratio was, the better seismic behavior the specimen had. The energy dissipation capacity of bracing connection system was degraded when the brace end clearance on the gusset plate was negative, the prefabricated gusset plate connection still had a longer low-cycle fatigue life than the brace connected to it. Besides, the gusset plates, due to their limited stiffness, would induce additional moment to beams and columns connected to them under cyclic loading. Based on the results of the pseudo-static test,the suggestions on value of the additional moment were put forward.
