摘要
以生态足迹理论为基础,运用旅游生态足迹研究方法,对拉萨次角林的旅游生态承载力、旅游生态补偿标准进行了分析。结果表明:次角林村人均旅游生态足迹为0.0041803hm2,人均旅游生态承载力为0.005807hm2,人均旅游生态盈余0.0016267hm2。将生态足迹效率引入到旅游生态补偿标准分析之中:旅游生态足迹效率为6949元/hm2,是本底生态足迹效率的1.80倍;借助于退耕还林所造成的农牧民直接损失和带来的资源的游憩功能价值的提升确定了旅游生态补偿标准的下限和上限,并进一步利用旅游生态足迹效率与本底生态足迹效率之差确定出旅游生态补偿标准。
Based on the theory of tourism ecological footprint, ecological capacity and tourist ecological compensation standard of Cijiaolin are tentatively analyzed. Results show that per capita tourism ecological footprint is 0.0041803 hm2,per capita tourism ecological capacity is 0.005807 hm2,and per capita ecological tourism surplus is 0.0016267 hm2.Efficiency of tourism ecological footprint is introduced to ecological compensation standard analysis. Results show the efficiency of tourism ecological footprint is 6 949 yuan/hm2, which is 1.80 times that of efficiency of the bottom ecological footprint. By calculating the gap between direct loss of farmers and herdsmen and improvement of recreational function of resources caused by returning farmland to forest area, upper limit and lower limit of the tourist ecological compensation standard are determined. Finally, the tourist ecological compensation standard is figured out.
