摘要
绿色金融作为绿色可持续发展的重要创新力,为乡村振兴提供可持续发展动力。本文以2011-2021年30个省(自治区、直辖市)^(①)的面板数据为研究对象,运用熵值法构建绿色金融和乡村振兴指数,运用超效率SBM模型测算农业生态效率,研究绿色金融对乡村振兴的影响,并且引入农业生态效率的中介效应模型,探讨“绿色金融—农业生态效率—乡村振兴”的传导路径,进一步分析绿色金融对乡村振兴的异质性。研究表明:绿色金融通过提高农业生态效率带动乡村振兴发展。在市场化水平较高、人力资本水平较高的地区绿色金融对乡村振兴的影响较大。为更好地推动绿色金融发展,促进乡村振兴,应加强绿色金融产品创新和投入,实现乡村振兴可持续发展;加大绿色金融投入力度,提升农业生态效率;强化多主体合作,加快推进乡村振兴发展。
Green finance,as an important innovative force for green and sustainable development,provides sustainable development momentum for rural revitalization.This paper takes the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the Central Government)from 2011-2021 as the research object,uses the entropy method to build the green finance and rural revitalization index,uses the super efficiency SBM model to measure the agricultural ecological efficiency,studies the impact of green finance on rural revi-talization,and introduces the intermediary effect model of agricultural ecological efficiency to explore the transmission path of“green finance-agricultural ecological efficiency-rural revitalization”,further analyzes the heterogeneity of green finance in promoting rural revitalization.Research has shown that green finance drives rural revitalization and development by improving agricultural ecological efficiency.Green finance has a significant impact on rural revitalization in regions with high levels of marketization and human capital.To better promote the development of green finance and rural revitalization,it is necessary to strengthen the innovation and investment of green finance products,and achieve sustainable development of rural revitalization;Increase investment in green finance and improve agricultural ecological efficiency;Strengthen multi-party cooperation and accelerate the development of rural revitalization.
