摘要
乡村振兴是党中央提出的一项重要战略,提升农户数字技能是全面推进乡村振兴的重要抓手。基于2014-2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据和中国30个省份层面的乡村振兴发展水平,采用双向固定效应模型实证检验农户数字技能对乡村振兴的影响及其作用机制,得出结论如下:(1)数字技能对乡村振兴具有显著正向影响;(2)数字技能主要通过促进农村居民创业和提升农民幸福感来驱动乡村振兴;(3)相比于东部地区,数字技能对乡村振兴的促进作用在中西部地区更为明显,且数字娱乐、数字社交和数字学习技能对促进乡村振兴的力度依次递减,而数字工作技能对乡村振兴的促进作用不显著。新时代新征程,提升乡村建设水平,应加强农村网络数字化基础设施建设、构建农民数字技能培育体系、因地制宜采取差异化措施,以更好地共享数字发展红利,助力乡村振兴。
Rural revitalization is an important strategy proposed by the Party Central Committee.Improving farmers'digital skills is an important starting point for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)from 2014 to 2018 and the level of rural revitalization and development in 30 provinces in China,the two-way fixed effect model is used to empirically test the impact of farmers'digital skills on rural revitalization and its mechanism of action.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Digital skills have a significant positive impact on rural revitalization;(2)Digital skills drive rural revitalization mainly by promoting rural residents'entrepreneurship and improving farmers'well-being;(3)Compared with the eastern region,the role of digital skills in promoting rural revitalization is more obvious in the central and western regions,and the strength of digital entertainment,digital social networking and digital learning skills in promoting rural revitalization decreases in turn,while the role of digital work skills in promoting rural revitalization is not significant.In the new era and new journey,to improve the level of rural construction,we should strengthen the construction of rural network digital infrastructure,build a system for cultivating farmers'digital skills,and take differentiated measures according to local conditions,so as to better share the dividends of digital development and help rural revitalization.
