摘要
校园招聘是企业吸纳人才的重要方式,通过对苏州高新区规模以上企业的调查发现:企业对于校园招聘具有强烈的需求,校园招聘人才主要是作企业新鲜力量和后备力量储备之用;企业具有明晰的岗位招聘计划和薪酬体系,采取现场招聘、政府组团等多种形式,目标比较青睐周边附近高校、具有专业实力的高校等;企业校园招聘人数尚可,但存在毕业生对企业知晓程度低、毕业生到岗率不高等问题,需要在企业自身宣传以及校园招聘岗位的介绍、所在城市的人才引进优惠政策导入、招聘过程中的组织安排细节上等予以改进。
Campus recruitment is an important way for enterprises to absorb talents. The survey of Enterprises from Suzhou Hi-tech Zone shows that there is a strong demand for campus recruitment. Campus recruitment is mainly used for the reserve of fresh and reserve forces of enterprises. Enterprises have a clear recruitment plan and salary system and adopt the present one, such as Field recruitment, government group or other forms, the goal is more favored nearby colleges and universities with professional strength, etc. Enterprise campus recruitment number is still acceptable, but there are some problems such as low awareness of enterprises and low rate of graduate arrival, which need to be publicized by enterprises themselves and the introduction and location of campus recruitment posts. Also the introduction of preferential policies for talent introduction and details of organizational arrangements in the recruitment process need to be improved.
