摘要
本文通过个案研究和问卷调查形式分析河北省独立学院大学生就业特点,诸如:专业设置与社会需求脱节、就业区域集中化和本土化等,从社会因素、高校因素、家庭因素和学生自身因素四个方面分析独立学院大学生就业特点的成因。针对河北省独立学院大学生就业中存在的就业能力欠缺、就业理想化、就业观念落后等问题提出相应的建议。
The paper apply case study and questionnaire method, analyzes the characteristics of the independent college students' employment in Hebei province, such as: professional Settings and social needs disconnect;employment area centralization and localization and so on. from the college factors, family factors,social factors and college students' own factors four aspects analyzes the cause of independent college students employment characteristics.In view of the independent colleges in hebei province existing in the employment of college students' employment problem, such as: the lack of employment ability; high employment expectations;employment idea backward and so on, then puts forward some corresponding proposals.
