摘要
本课题拟萃取户外拓展训练、教练技术及财商教育中的精髓,把优秀的创、就业成功人士所具有的优秀品质如他们的理念、为人处世的态度、成功创就业所要具备的素质等内化于体验式培训体系里并运用于创就业培训中,从而提升学生对成功创、就业的感性与理性认识。运用柯克帕特里克评估模型对四种培训方案的现场反应及后期的行为、结果层次进行定量分析,为制定科学的创、就业体验式培训体系提供数据。
The paper assimilates the excellent quality of the success into experiential training scheme and applies it to theentrepreneurship training and employment training, which will enhance students’understanding of entrepreneurship andemployment. All of these are based on the essence of outdoor development training, coaching and financial education. Theauthor of the paper uses the Kirk Patrick model to carry out the quantitative analysis of the reaction and later behavior tothe four training program, and provides scientific data for the entrepreneurship and employment training system.
