摘要
选取2005年~2017年我国30个重点城市的数据,将其分为东、中、西三大区域进行实证分析,结果表明:空气质量不仅会影响住宅价格,而且具有区域差异性。相对于中、西部地区,东部地区消费者购房时更关注空气质量,在东部地区空气污染每降低1个百分点,会引起住宅价格上涨58.06%,而中部和西部地区空气质量变化不会引起住宅价格变化。
The data of 30 key cities in China from 2005 to 2017 were selected and divided into three major regions,that is,east region,middle region and west region,for empirical analysis.The results show that air quality not only affects residential prices,but also has regional differences.Compared with the middle and western regions,consumers in the eastern region pay more attention to air quality when purchasing houses.Every one percentage point reduction in air pollution in the eastern region will cause residential prices to rise by 58.06%,while changes in air quality in the middle and western regions will not cause changes in residential prices.
