摘要
为适应新时代及公安实战对人才的需求,公安院校教师的双师双能素质的提升是关键。文章以新时代对公安院校教师的新要求为视角,通过分析当前'双师型'教师队伍建设的困境和存在的问题,试图探索出符合公安教育教学的教师培养模式和路径,构建'立体式'培养体系,完善'双师型'教师的评价与激励机制,建立人才智库和教学团队,加强校局深度融合,创造人才双向合理流动机制,实现公安实战部门与公安院校协同育人,不断提高教师双师素质和人才培养质量,助推'双师型'教师队伍整体素质和建设水平上新台阶。
In order to adapt to the demand for talents in the actual combat of public security in the new era,the improvement of the double qualification of teachers in public security colleges is the key,From the perspective of the new requirements to teachers in public security colleges in the new era,the article analyzes the predicament and existing problems of the current construction of'double qualified'teacher team,tries to explore the teacher training model and path that conforms to the public security education and teaching,and builds a'three-dimensional'cultivate the system,improves the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the'double qualified'teachers,establishes a talent think tank and teaching team,strengthens the deep integration of the school and public security bureaus,creates a two-way rational flow mechanism for talents,and realizes the collaborative education between the public security departments and public security colleges,continuously improves the double qualification of teachers and the quality of personnel training,and promotes the overall quality and construction level of the'double qualified'teacher team to a new level.
