摘要 为提高主推进机械装置可靠性评估准确性,针对传统方法存在的精度不足问题,设计一种基于贝叶斯网络的中小型船舶主推进机械装置可靠性评估方法。首先确定影响船舶主推进机械装置可靠性因素,然后根据影响因素建立故障树,最后将故障树映射成贝叶斯网络,并通过其推理能力进行可靠性评估。结果表明,与基于模糊综合评价的方法、基于集对分析的方法、基于状态监测的方法相比,本方法可靠性评估更接近真实结果,评估精度更高。 In order to improve the accuracy of reliability evaluation of main propulsion machinery,a reliability evaluation method for main propulsion machinery of small and medium-sized ships based on Bayesian network is designed to overcome the inadequacy of traditional methods.Methods Firstly,the factors affecting the reliability of ship’s main propulsion machinery were determined,then the fault tree was established according to the factors.Finally,the fault tree was mapped to Bayesian network,and the reliability was evaluated by its reasoning ability.The results show that compared with the methods based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,set pair analysis and condition monitoring,the reliability evaluation of this method is closer to the real results and has higher accuracy.
