摘要 自动化技术在船舶工业上广泛应用,自动化设备逐渐取代了传统的机械式船舶设备。可编程控制器PLC和Labview程序设计作为2种新兴的控制语言,具有可靠性高、功能完善和集成程度高等优点,在船舶动力监控系统中被广泛应用。船舶的动力系统具有轴系复杂、分布较分散等特点,为了更好地解决动力系统的实时监控问题,提高船舶动力监控系统的时效性和可靠性,本文提出基于PLC和Labview程序的自动化监控系统,并分析该动力监控系统软件程序设计和硬件工作原理。 With the wide application of automation technology in the ship industry, automation equipment has gradually replaced the traditional mechanical ship equipment. Programmable logic controller PLC and Labview program design as two emerging control language, with high reliability, perfect function and high degree of integration, in the ship power monitoring system is widely used. The power system of ship shafting has the characteristics of complex, more dispersed distribution, in order to solve the problem of real-time monitoring of power system better, improve the timeliness and reliability of ship power monitoring system, this paper puts forward the automation monitoring system based on PLC and Labview program, and analysis of the dynamic monitoring system software design and hardware working principle.
