摘要
针对当前风电厂中风机控制系统及电力监控系统多系统并存的情况,以过程控制对象链接与嵌入(OPC)技术为基础,结合风电厂数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统的特点,介绍了基于OPC技术实现的风电厂中风机控制系统和电气控制系统的无缝连接,解决了风电厂多系统互联问题。同时,对风电厂SCADA系统采用OPC接入后引起的网络安全问题以及应采取的安全策略进行了探讨。最后,分析了相关监控方案在电力系统中应用的优势。
In view of the coexistence of multiple control systems in wind power plant, this paper introduces an integration of the wind motor control system and electric control system for wind power plants based on the OPC technique and the characteristics of SCADA system. Thus, the interconnection problem of multiple control systems is solved. At the same time, the issue on network security is discussed and some security strategies and measures are proposed. Finally, the advantages of this supervisory control scheme in the electric power system are also analyzed.
