摘要
介绍了基于西门子S7200系列的PLC控制器的船舶机舱监测系统,系统通过对主机、发电机、锅炉等重要机舱运行设备进行实时监测,提出了一种实现船舶机舱的自动化、智能化管理的解决方案。并在组态环境下,开发了一套以485总线为通讯方法的船舶机舱实时监测系统软件。
The paper introduces a monitoring system for marine engine room based on PLC of Siemens. By real-time monitoring on main engine, generator and boiler of the marine engine room, a practical solution is proposed to realize automatic and intelligent processing of shipbuilding room. The software is implemented based on RS485 communication for monitoring and alarm.
