摘要
介绍基于可编程序控制器(PLC)的船舶机舱实时监测报警系统,着重介绍一种开关量和模拟量输入接口扩展的新方法。采用矩阵输入和选通等技术实现模拟量输入接口、开关量输入接口的扩展,用梯形图语言编写通讯和监控程序进行实时数据处理以实现监测报警系统的各项功能。
A real-time monitoring and alarming system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) for marine engine room is expounded. A technology in the real-time monitoring and alarming system is mainly analyzed to collect and deal with data for the marine engine room. The metric input method is adopted to extend the digital input interface, and the selection technology is adopted to extend the digital and analog input interfaces so as to meet the requirements of collecting data in marine engine room. In addition, the communicating and monitoring program based on the ladder diagram language is introduced, which is used to process the monitoring data in real-time to realize a series of function in the monitoring and alarming system.
