摘要
钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖是基于多层大跨钢结构的一种新型空间网格结构体系。这种新型空间网格结构体系是由上肋、下肋和上下肋之间设置的剪力键组成。本文通过哈尔滨武源小区商业广场屋面大跨钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖结构的设计和分析,介绍了钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖的实用计算方法,以及主要构件和节点的设计要点。设计同时采用MIDAS/Gen有限元分析软件进行建模分析,验证了采用实用计算方法进行钢结构空腹夹层板屋盖设计的可靠性。本文还对钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖结构的自振特性和舒适度进行了分析。分析结果表明大跨钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖体系安全、可靠,满足舒适性要求。
Steel open-web sandwich slab structure is a new space griding structure system based on large-span steel structures.The structural system is composed of top and bottom chords and shear keys between them.Through the analysis and design of the steel open-web sandwich slab structure adopted in the roof for the Commercial Plaza in Harbin WUYUAN Residence Community,a practical design method for the steel open-web sandwich slab and main components and details was introduced.Modeling and analysis was performed by MIDAS/Gen to verify the practical design method.Natural vibration characteristics and comfortableness of steel open-web sandwich slab structure were analyzed using MIDAs/Gen finite element analysis software.The analysis results show that steel open-web sandwich slab structures meet the requirements with safety,reliability and comfortableness.
