摘要
介绍了3种空腹夹层板楼盖挠度的计算方法,分别是连续化方法、实用计算方法与有限单元法;对连续化方法进行了公式推导,得出了空腹夹层板楼盖的抗弯刚度矩阵;介绍了实用计算方法中等效实腹梁楼盖腹板厚度d1的计算公式;并以实际工程为例,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立单层空腹夹层板楼盖与等效实腹楼盖,得到2种楼盖的挠度值,并与拟夹层板法理论计算挠度值进行比较。研究表明:实用计算方法结果最为保守,拟夹层板法结果最大,有限单元法结果居中,但三者差距不大,均能满足工程精度计算的要求。
This paper has introduced three calculation methods of open-web sandwich plate floor:the continuum method,practical calculation method and finite element method.Among them,formula derivation was applied in the continuum method to acquire the flexural stiffness matrix of open-web sandwich plate floor cover.The formula of equivalent solid web beam d1 in the practical calculation method was introduced.Taking the actual project as a case study,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to establish the single-story open⁃web.The deflection values of the two types of covers were achieved and compared with the theoretically values of the proposed sandwich plate.The results show that the practical calculation method was the most conservative;sandwich plate method results were the largest;and the results of the finite element method were in the middle.Although the difference between the three was not obvious,all of them could meet the requirements of engineering accuracy calculation.
