摘要
钢筋混凝土空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖是基于大跨度楼盖需要产生的新型楼盖形式。详细介绍了几种大跨度钢筋混凝土楼盖的构造特点,推导了考虑剪切变形的钢筋混凝土空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖的等效剪切刚度。以25m×25m大跨度楼盖工程为例,利用ANSYS和PKPM软件对钢筋混凝土密肋井字梁楼盖、空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖的力学性能和经济指标进行了对比分析。结果表明:三种形式的楼盖在均布荷载10kN/m2作用下的挠度均能满足《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)要求,其中钢筋混凝土空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖经济性能更好,具有明显的优势。
Based on the need of large-span reinforced concrete floors, the reinforced concrete open-web grid floor and open- web sandwich plate floor were produced. Construction characteristics about several large-span reinforced concrete floors were introduced, and the equivalent shear stiffness formulas considering shear deformation of the open-web grid floor and the open-web sandwich plate floor were derived. Take the large-span floor (25m × 25m) for example, the mechanical properties and economic indexes of the reinforced concrete density rib well-character floor, open-web grid floor and open- web sandwich plate floor were compared and analyzed by the software ANSYS and PKPM. The results show that the deflection of the three floors can well meet the requirements of Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010--2010 ) under uniform load of 10kN/m^2 , the reinforced concrete open-web grid floor and open-web sandwich plate floor are more economic and have obvious advantages.
