摘要
目的 :探讨建立综合医院护士排班信息系统 ,以实现综合医院护士排班管理的信息化建设。方法 :采用软件工程中结构化的分析与设计方法 ,研制并建立综合医院护士排班信息系统。结论 :综合医院护士排班信息系统可加强综合医院的护士排班管理 ,规范排班数据及工作流程 ,大大提高工作效率 。
Objective: The purpose of the study was to develop a nursing schedule information system for the general hospital. Method: The structured analysis and design method software engineering was used. Conclusion: The study and application of nursing schedule information system could strengthen the nursing schedule administration, standardize the schedule data and working flow, increase working efficiency.
