摘要
应用计算机系统管理门诊信息,使病人能够获得规范、透明、便捷的就诊服务。将挂号收费处、医生工作站、护士工作站及各检查科室的信息通过计算机联网,病人持有预付款的磁卡即可实现“一卡通”服务,即凭卡就诊、预约、检查、治疗、检验、取药。简化了就诊流程,减少了病人排队交费的次数和时间,提高了病人满意度。
This article introduced the application and effect of the computer information system in the out-patient department,which provide standard,clear and convenient service for the patients.The information in the registration station,doctors’ consulting room,nurses’ station and each examination and test department was connected by the computer network,and the patients could enjoy the pre-paid “band card” service to make a medical appointment,consultation,check-up,receive treatment and test and fetch drugs.This practice simplified the procedure of medical consultation,reduced the frequency and time to stand in a line to pay the medical fee,and improved the level of patients’ satisfaction.
