摘要
发展文化产业已成为人们的共识。河北省文化产业经过近些年发展已具备了一定基础和优势,同时也存在着明显的不足和劣势。要发展河北的文化产业,必须立足于河北实际,更新观念,加强战略研究,实行政企分开,大力培养文化产业经营管理人才,建立健全文化产业法规政策体系。
It has been an agreed account that cultural industry should be development. In recent years the development of cultural industry in Hebei has been relatively vigorous, but there is still much room for improvement. In order to further develop cultural industry,the notion must be changed. In the light of Hebei ' s reality the strategy research must be strengthened; the separation of the functions or responsibilities of the enterprises from those of the government must be practised; the managerial staff must be trained with special attention and the regulations and laws concenning cultrual industry should be established.
