摘要
我国文化产业的发展具备了可利用资源、消费群体和大力发展文化产业所需要的政策环境,为开拓文化产品的国内外市场,尽快实现其社会效益和经济效益,对文化经营管理人才的需求与日俱增。优化人才环境、长线培育、内部开发、行业嫁接、外企引进、专业经营管理人员资格的互认等方法不失为解决文化产业经营管理人才短缺问题的良策。
The development of our cnhure industry is equipped with the policy enviromnent that is required by the usable resources, consumer groups and vigorous development of culture industry. To open up the foreign and domestic markets of cultural products and to achieve their social and economic benefits soonest possible, more and more managerial and administrative personnel is demanded with the days passed. However, there is a trend of the shortage of the managerial and administrative personnel in culture industry. Optimizing the talent environment, cultivating in a long ton. tapping internal potentials, grafting between trades, import from foreign enterprises, mutual approval of the qualification of managerial and administrative personnel, etc. may after all be accepted as good ways to solve the problem of shortage of managerial and administrative personnel in culture industry.
