摘要
本文分析了双辊薄带连铸工艺热传输过程,对浇铸金属、铸辊和冷却水系统建立了二维热流模型,定量地给出了确保双辊连铸机能够稳定铸造厚1~5 mm薄带的各工艺、设备参数之间的相互关系,为设备的设计、铸造工艺的制定以及铸带质量的分析提供了依据。
The heat transfer process of strip casting technology of twin-roll machine is studied, the two-dimensional mode of heat transfer is set up for the system of casting metal, roll and cooling water in this paper. The relationships of various operational parameters which ensure to produce continously thin strip (1~5 mm thick) in twin-roll caster can be obtained quantitatively, thus the important guide for the design of device, the determination of casting technology and the analysis of strip quality are provided.
