摘要
开发了一种描述连铸坯凝固过程的热传输数学模型。该模型考虑了物料参数随温度的变化以及凝固时的相变潜热,采用了VisualC++语言编写程序模块。根据此模型计算了铸坯断面的温度、坯壳厚度等参数,并与生产试验数据作了对比。结果表明二者相当吻合,此模型可用于优化连铸工艺参数并进行在线控制模型的开发。
A computational heat transfer model to describe the freezing process of continuous casting slab is developed. This model takes account of parameter changed as temperature and freezing latent heat generated by phase transition during solidification. The model is programmed with Visual C++ language. The thermal profile and solid shell thickness are calculated by the model and compared with those of experimental measurements. The calculating results of model are in good accordance with the measurements. It shows that the model can be used to optimize the parameters of continuous casting and to further develop models for online controlling.
