摘要 文章采用有限差分方法计算双带式金属带材快速凝固成形过程的流热偶合问题,模拟了单孔喷嘴浇注时铝液的流动场及其温度分布,计算结果得出了不同喷嘴尺寸、冷却带速度和浇注速度下铝液的流动情况、凝固前沿形状和液相区长度,找出了工艺参数之间的合理关系,为进一步实验研究提供了理论依据。 The paper coupled the flow field and the temperature field with the method of finite difference during the thin metal ribbon formed by twin strips rapid solidification. The flow field and the temperature distribution are simulated when the aluminum fluid is poured on the twin strips from one nozzle. The flow of metal aluminum, the front shape of solidification and the length of liquid phase zone are found from the calculating result in the different conditions of nozzle size, the cooling velocity and the casting velocity, therefore, the theoretical rule can be provided for the further experimental research.
