摘要
采用石蜡切片法、超薄切片法和胚囊酶法分离技术。观察了“梅花霞”等枇杷品种的胚胎发生.枇杷柱头的中央有传递细胞,胚珠的外珠被细胞和内珠被细胞结构明显不同.胚囊属蓼型胚囊,胚囊内有典型的卵器。受精卵发育为原胚,经历球形、心形、鱼雷形期后,成为成熟胚,核型胚乳于心形胚时形成细胞壁,文中还就一些胚胎学问题作了简要的讨论.
Embryogenesis of several loquat cultivars(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl)were stu- died by applying normal anatomy,electron microcopy and emzymatic isolation of embryo sacs.There is a conducting tissue in the style.The cell structure in exo-integument and that in endo-integument are apparently different.During the development of embryo sac,there is a typical egg apparatus,belonging to polygonum type.Fertilized egg develops from proembryo, spherical type,hearted shape,torpedo shape,finally to mature embryo.Nuclear type endosperm form cell wall in spherical type embryo stage.Some problems relating to loquat embryology are briefly discussed in this paper.
