摘要
本文综述了国内外枇杷离体培养各个领域的研究进展.这些领域包括:茎尖培养快速繁殖优良苗木;胚培养用以快速繁殖和基础性研究;胚乳培养用以获得非二倍体植株的探索:原生质体的分离和培养.文中也对枇杷离体培养中胚状体发生的普遍性及其意义作了讨论.
Several fields of in vitro culture in loquat in China and abroad are reviewed. These fields include: shoot tip culture for rapid propagation; embryo culture for rapid propagation and basic scientific researches; endosperm culture for seeking non—diploidy plants and culture of protoplasts. Embryogenesis in in vitro culture and its signficance are also discussed.
