烟草对赤星病菌的抗性与其防御酶系活性的关系 被引量:17

摘要 室内对抗病性不同的烟草品种CV 87和NC 89接种赤星病菌 ,分析测定接种后不同时间、不同叶位过氧化物酶 (POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)等同工酶酶活性变化情况。结果表明 ,抗病品种CV 87随接种叶位升高POD与CAT活性增加 ,感病品种NC 89表现先升高后降低的趋势。无论接种与否NC 89的POD活性都高于CV 87;抗病品种CV 87的CAT活性高于感病品种 ;接种赤星病菌后,抗病品种CV 87的PAL活性升高 ,感病品种NC 89的PAL活性降低 。 The leaves of tobacco plants of two cultivars with different resistance, CV 87 and NC 89, were inoculated with Alternaria alternata in greenhouse. The activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), and phenylalanine ammonia-lysae (PAL) were determined at different times and leaf sequences after inoculation. The results showed that the activities of POD and CAT of resistant cv. CV 87 increased with the rising of leaf sequence, and susceptible cv. NC 89 increased and then decreased with the rising of leaf sequence. The POD activity of NC 89 was higher than CV 87, and CAT activity of CV 87 was higher than NC 89 with or without inoculation. The PAL activity of CV 87 increased, and that of NC 89 decreased after inoculation, the PAL activity of tobacco cv. was positively related to its resistance.
