摘要
[目的]探究香蕉防御酶与抗枯萎病之间的关系。[方法]以抗病品种粉杂一号和感病品种广粉一号为研究材料,测定了香蕉不同抗性品种接种香蕉枯萎病菌后根部防御酶活性的变化趋势。[结果]包括过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)在内的防御酶系活性的高低可以作为判断香蕉品种对枯萎病菌抗性的一个重要生理指标,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与品种抗病性之间的关系则需进一步研究。[结论]试验结果为进一步揭示香蕉抗枯萎病的生理生化机制奠定了基础。
[Objective] The aim was to understand the relationship between defense enzymes of banana and Fusarium wilt resistance. [Method] New resistant cultivar Fenza 1 and susceptible cultivar Guangfen 1 were used as materials,and the change trends of defense enzymes of banana after inoculating Fusarium oxysporum f sp. Cubense were determined. [Result] The activities of defense enzyme system including CAT,POD and PPO could be an important physiological index to judge the resistance of wilt disease of banana species. And the relationship between SOD and resistance still needed more research. [Conclusion] The results lay the basis for revealing resistant physiological and biochemical mechanism of banana to Fusarium oxysporum f sp. Cubense.
